The PK-116K equips today's busy IT managers
with greater flexibility and control over server
installations without the burden of bulky, confusing cabling. The modern
16 port switch allows
centralized access and control over any combination of PCs, Sun and
Mac systems from a single PS/2 console.
The PK-116K can
be daisy-chained up to 15 levels giving a single network operator control
of
256 computers. Engineered for long distance applications the PK-116K
features RJ-45 CPU
connectors allowing computers to be placed up to 30m(100 feet) away
using inexpensive
CAT5E Cable, and still maintain high video resolution.
1U server room ready- the PK-116K can be placed on a desktop or racked
at any user-height
and the use of RJ-45 connectors saves valuable server room real estate.
Operators gain access
to computers via an intelligent manual selector. Standard features include;

firmware upgrades for
continued compatibility. Installing the PK-116K is fast and easy; just
connect the cables to their
appropriate ports - there is no software to configure, no complicated
installation routines or
incompatibility issues.
